Ella Sips - Council for Voluntary Service 

Ella started work at the Volunteer Centre of CVS 11 years ago and is currently the Strategic Development Manager. She is responsible for managing the CVS development team and ensuring the CVS responds to the needs of the sector. Her expertise lies in strategic development, business development, social enterprise, fundraising and IT.
